New Ownership, New Attitude!
The Bordley House Grille now has a fresh new face! Two faces, to be exact. This summer, we are very happy to welcome Chef Jamie Nafe and Food and Beverage Manager, Katrina Schmidt, to the Broad Run management team. Formerly acting as Executive Chef of Firecreek in Downingtown, PA, Jamie brings with him over a decade of experience in Culinary Arts. Meanwhile, Katrina has worked in Food and Beverage for over a decade herself, gleaning culinary wisdom from all over the country, including Napa Valley and Portland, Oregon. Their dedication to fresh, local, and seasonal foods is evident both on the food and beverage menus, where diners can find locally-brewed craft beers, house-infused seasonal cocktails, and vegetables and herbs grown in the restaurant’s own herb garden! Come on in for a taste of fresh, and don’t forget to say hello to our newest team members.

The Bordley House Grille is VERY excited to have been voted “Best Mac & Cheese in Chester County” at the Chester County Mac & Cheese Cook Off on June 10th in Downingtown, PA. Both the judges and the people agreed, ranking us first in BOTH categories! But don’t take THEIR word for it- come out yourself and give our Mac a try!
